This policy explains what information Level Bridge Capital LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. It describes our actual practice on this site — not the practice of any other website we or our affiliates operate.
Information you give us
The request form on this site asks for your first name, last name (optional), email address, and phone number, together with four qualifying answers: your investor type, the range of capital you are considering, which accredited-investor standard applies to you, and your timeline. You are also asked to confirm that you are an accredited investor.
We ask for the qualifying information because this is a Regulation D 506(c) offering, which may lawfully be offered only to verified accredited investors. Providing it is voluntary, but we cannot progress a request without it.
The form also contains a hidden field that is never shown to a person. It exists to catch automated submissions. If you are using a screen reader or an autofill tool that populates it, your submission may be discarded as automated.
Information collected automatically
When you arrive, we record how you got here and store it for the duration of your browsing session: any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), a Google click identifier (gclid) if present, the website that referred you, and the time you arrived. When you submit the form, that information is sent along with it, together with the page address you submitted from and the time of submission.
This exists so we can tell which advertising produces genuine enquiries. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with data from other sources.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, in the ordinary course of operating and securing the site.
Information stored on your device
Two items are written to your browser rather than to a cookie:
- Session storage (
adData,lbc_attr) holds the arrival information described above. Your browser discards it when you close the tab. - Local storage (
lbc_lead_queue) is used only when a form submission fails to reach us — for example if your connection drops mid-submit. In that case the submission, including the details you entered, is held on your own device and retried on your next visit. It is retried at most three times and then discarded, and no more than ten such submissions are ever kept. Clearing your browser storage removes it immediately.
We tell you about the second one because it means your own details may sit in your browser for a period after a failed submission. Most policies would not mention it. We would rather you knew.
How we use the information
- To respond to your request and contact you about the offering.
- To assess whether you may be eligible to receive offering materials, and to support the accredited-investor verification that a 506(c) offering requires.
- To schedule and hold a call with you.
- To measure which advertising and which pages produce genuine enquiries.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it with:
- Service providers who operate this funnel on our behalf — the webhook service that receives form submissions, the spreadsheet and email tools we use to work the resulting enquiries, our scheduling provider, our video host, and our website host. Each processes the information only to provide its service to us.
- Advertising platforms — where we run paid campaigns we use advertising measurement tools, including the Meta pixel, which report when a visit or an enquiry occurs. With advanced matching enabled, these tools also send a hashed(irreversibly scrambled) form of details you enter, such as your email address and phone number, so the platform can match the enquiry to an account and attribute it to the right campaign. The platform may also use that match to build audiences for further advertising. Under California law this may count as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can ask us to stop it at any time using the contact address below.
- Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC, through which securities are offered, and our professional advisers, in connection with the offering and our compliance obligations. Level Bridge Capital LLC and Finalis Securities LLC are separate, unaffiliated entities.
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, including regulators and in response to lawful requests.
Embedded content
Pages on this site embed a video player and a scheduling calendar hosted by third parties. When that content loads or you interact with it, the provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies or storage, governed by its own privacy policy rather than this one.
Cookies and analytics
Where analytics or advertising measurement tools are active on this site, they may set cookies or similar identifiers to understand how the site is used and how campaigns perform. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain the records our regulatory obligations require, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Session-storage data lasts only as long as your browsing session.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email info@levelbridgecapital.com and we will respond within the time our obligations require.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including rights to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information. We do share hashed identifiers with advertising platforms as described above, which may fall within that Act's definition of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email us at the address below and we will exclude you.
This site is directed to investors in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and held with providers that maintain their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for accredited investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and will revise the date at the top. If a change is significant we will make that clear rather than relying on the date alone.
